The dispatch time for products varies depending on the products.
Resin art gifts will take 7-15 days to dispatch depending on the size, and details of the products.
Other paper crafting gifts may take 5-7 days to dispatch depending on the detailings of the products.

Please take opening videos to claim any sort of damage/ mishaps happening during the transit.
Since all the products are custom made, and cannot be used for any other purpose, we don't provide return of the products/ refund of the same.
